During the charging and discharging process of the lead-acid battery, the moisture in the electrolyte will gradually decrease, resulting in an increase in the concentration of sulfuric acid, corrosion of the plate, and impact on the battery life. Hydration repair method can solve this problem. Prepare distilled water or special lead-acid battery supplement, syringes, rubber plugs and other tools. First open the rubber plug of the exhaust hole on the battery, use the syringe to extract an appropriate amount of distilled water or supplementary liquid, and slowly inject into each single cell battery, the injection amount is just to cover the plate, generally inject 5-10 ml per single cell. Connect the positive and negative electrodes of the pulse repair device to the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, turn on the power supply, and set the repair time and pulse parameters according to the battery capacity and damage degree. Under normal circumstances, the repair time is 12-48 hours, the pulse frequency is between 1000Hz-5000Hz, and the pulse amplitude is adjusted appropriately according to the battery voltage. During the repair process, the repair device will emit a slight "sizzling" sound, which is a pulse current working. After the repair is complete, disconnect the repair meter and measure the battery voltage with a multimeter. If the voltage increases significantly, the repair is effective. General balanced charging time is 12-24 hours, after the charging is completed, the voltage difference of each battery should be controlled within 0.1V.
